2023-2024 Dora Moore PTSA Board Members

President: Lane Harlow

I am honored and humbled to be the PTSA President for the 2023-2024 school year. As a proud parent of a second grader, I am fairly new to the Dora Moore community, however I am not new to education, having worked as a teacher and an administrator across Denver for over 10 years. I love meeting new people, eating delicious food, and bustin a move every now and again. I’m excited to expand upon the PTSAs work of equity by elevating diverse voices from within our community.

Vice President: Falon Bird

This is my second year on the PTSA board. I’d previously volunteered for the PTSA but wanted to take on a more active role. My daughter is in 4th grade at Dora Moore and my son is in the ECE4 program. I’m a Colorado native and have lived in Denver proper for over 15 years.

Secretary: Rachel Griffin

My daughter is in 4th grade at Dora Moore and I love to spend time on campus with the kids. I've lived in Capitol Hill/Cheesman Park for 24 years and was on the Capitol Hill United Neighborhoods board prior to this. I also founded and manage the Capitol Hill Parents Group and feel Capitol Hill is a wonderful small town in the middle of the big city. Community activism and support is important to me, and I advocate for walkable neighborhood schools and safe communities.

Treasurer: Will Paterson

I am a long time Denver Resident and the father of a second grader at Dora Moore. This is my second year as a PTSA board member. I joined the PTSA to help make the school more fun and exciting for kids and families and for the fun of being a part of a new community. I love to cook, read, and to go on mountain adventures.
